Submission and Publication
所有的投稿都必须经过至少2位组委会专家的严格审稿。最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式由 SPIE 出版,并提交至 EI Compendex, Scopus 等数据库进行检索。
All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by 2 Technical Program Committee members at least. All accepted papers will be published by SPIE in the form of Conference Proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, and other databases for indexing.

- 论文不得少于4页,请下载论文模板,并阅读网站中论文排版的相关内容。
- Papers must be at least 4 pages long. (Download Template) Please read the manuscript guidelines on the website.
- 每篇录用的论文可享受一名免费参会(口头报告或海报展示)的名额。
- Each accepted paper is entitled to one free registration (for oral or poster presentation).
- 付款后因个人原因撤稿,将收取服务费(版面费的30%)。
- A 30% service fee of the publication fee will be charged for withdrawals made for personal reasons after payment.
- 论文应具有学术或实用价值,未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过,作者可通过CrossCheck、Turnitin或其他查询系统自费查重。

Against the backdrop of the accelerating global drive towards "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality," new energy technology is undergoing profound transformation and industrial upgrading. As the pivotal bridge connecting "Optics" and "Electronics," Optoelectronic Information Technology demonstrates unprecedented potential through its deep integration with the new energy industry. Currently, from breakthroughs in traditional photovoltaic manufacturing to next-generation perovskite technology, and from smart grid construction to energy storage system optimization, innovations in optoelectronic materials and devices, as well as advancements in advanced optoelectronic detection technologies, are injecting strong vitality into the new energy sector. This interdisciplinary fusion not only pushes the boundaries of technology but also provides a core driving force for building a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient modern energy system.
The International Conference on Optoelectronic Information and New Energy Technology aims to build a high-level international exchange platform, gathering top experts, scholars, industry elites, and innovative talents from around the world in the fields of optoelectronic information and new energy. 简介:刘德明教授,华中科技大学光电子科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师,下一代互联网接入系统国家工程实验室主任。他于1984年获成都电讯工程学院(现电子科技大学)硕士学位,1999年获华中理工大学(现华中科技大学)博士学位,并曾先后在德国杜伊斯堡大学、慕尼黑国防大学及新加坡南洋理工大学进修深造。刘教授长期从事光纤通信、光纤传感、光网络、太阳能光伏及半导体照明等领域的研究,主持多项国家重大科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金、国防预研基金及国家外专局引智计划等。作为主要完成人,曾获国家发明三等奖、教育部提名国家自然科学一等奖、湖北省技术发明一等奖等多项科技奖励。他出版《光纤光学》《光网络器件与技术》等国家规划教材,发表学术论文100余篇,获授权国家发明专利30余项,并担任信息产业部光电子专家、国家科技奖励评审专家及多项国家级科研项目评审专家。刘德明教授在光电子与接入网技术领域具有广泛的学术影响力和深厚的科研积淀。 Bio:Professor Deming Liu is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Optical and Electronic Information, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), and serves as the Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Next Generation Internet Access System. He received his master's degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 1984 and his Ph.D. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1999. He has conducted research as a visiting scholar at the University of Duisburg and the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich in Germany, as well as at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

简介:教育部长江学者,IET Fellow,华中科技大学电气学院二级教授,博士生导师,新型电机与特种电磁装备教育部工程中心主任,强电磁教育部协同创新中心常务副主任。机械工业协会高等工程教育电机专委会副主任,全国信息产业用微特电机及组件标委会委员,IEEE PES 电动汽车电驱动分委会常务理事,湖北省电机工程学会副理事长,湖北省新能源发展促进会副理事长。担任国家重点研发计划项目“载运装备直驱电气传动技术”首席科学家,主持国家自然科学基金重点项目5项、国家重点研发计划1项、国家重大科技专项2项、国家支撑计划1项、省部委重点项目与校企攻关课题30余项。获湖北省科技进步一等奖3项、中国电力科学技术进步一等奖、中国商业联合会科技进步特等奖、教育部科技进步一等奖等荣誉。
Bio:He is a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, IET Fellow, and Second-Level Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He serves as Doctoral Supervisor, Director of the MOE Engineering Center for New Electric Machines and Special Electromagnetic Equipment, and Executive Deputy Director of the MOE Collaborative Innovation Center for Strong Electromagnetics. His professional roles include Deputy Director of the Motor Committee of the Mechanical Industry Association for Higher Engineering Education, member of the National Technical Committee for Micro-Special Motors and Components, Executive Director of the IEEE PES Electric Vehicle Electric Drive Subcommittee, and Vice President of both the Hubei Society for Electrical Engineering and the Hubei New Energy Development Promotion Association.
He is the Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program “Direct-Drive Electric Propulsion Technology for Transport Equipment,” and has led five NSFC Key Projects, one National Key R&D Program, two National Major Science and Technology Projects, one National Support Program, and over 30 provincial and industry-collaborative projects.
He has received three First Prizes of the Hubei Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the China Electric Power Science and Technology Progress Award, the Special Prize of the China General Chamber of Commerce Science and Technology Progress Award, and the First Prize of the Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award, among other distinctions.
陈相柏Xiangbai Chen

简介:陈相柏教授,国家级人才计划特聘教授,现任武汉工程大学光电信息与能源工程学院、数理学院院长,1978年出生于湖北钟祥,2004年毕业于美国爱达荷大学物理系获博士学位,之后先后于美国加州大学默塞德分校从事博士后研究,并曾任教于韩国梨花女子大学与建国大学,2014年加入武汉工程大学;长期致力于光谱学与应用、磁子学与应用、光电材料与器件等领域的研究,主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目及韩国国家研究基金在内的多项国家级科研项目,在共振激光拉曼光谱、磁子-声子耦合等前沿方向取得系列重要成果,并主要招收光学工程、电子信息等方向的硕士研究生及材料科学与工程、控制科学与工程等方向的博士研究生。 Bio:Professor Xiangbai Chen is a Distinguished Professor supported by a national talent program and currently serves as Dean of the School of Optical Information and Energy Engineering and the School of Mathematics and Physics at Wuhan Institute of Technology. Born in Zhongxiang, Hubei in 1978, he received his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Idaho, USA, in 2004. He subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at the University of California, Merced, and held faculty positions at Ewha Womans University and Konkuk University in South Korea before joining Wuhan Institute of Technology in 2014. His research focuses on spectroscopy and its applications, magnonics and its applications, and optoelectronic materials and devices. He has led several national-level research projects, including a General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and a National Research Foundation of Korea project, achieving significant results in areas such as resonant laser Raman spectroscopy and magnon-phonon coupling. He supervises master's students in Optical Engineering and Electronic Information, as well as doctoral students in Materials Science and Engineering and Control Science and Engineering.
邹志革Zhige Zou

简介:邹志革,华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院教师,微电子学与固体电子学专业方向,长期从事数字/模拟混合信号集成电路设计领域的研究与教学。他先后于华中科技大学获学士、硕士及博士学位,主持或参与完成国家级、省部级及企业合作项目近20项,多个芯片成果实现产业化验证。在国内外核心期刊发表论文30余篇,申请发明专利20余项,主编或合著出版教材5本。作为主要完成人之一,其参与的项目获2022年国家级教学成果二等奖。 Bio:Zou Zhige is a faculty member at the School of Optical and Electronic Information, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, specializing in microelectronics and solid-state electronics. He has long been engaged in research and teaching in the field of digital/analog mixed-signal integrated circuit design. He received his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has led or participated in nearly 20 national, provincial, and industry-funded projects, with multiple chip designs successfully commercialized. He has published over 30 papers in core domestic and international journals, filed more than 20 invention patents, and authored or co-authored five textbooks. As a key contributor, he was awarded the second prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award in 2022.

He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1972, and after thirteen years of research at Bell Laboratories, he joined UCSB in 1984, later serving as Acting Dean of the College of Engineering (2009–2011). A world-renowned authority in the field of III-V semiconductor optoelectronic devices and photonic integrated circuits (PICs) with over forty years of experience, he has made seminal contributions to vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) and widely tunable lasers, co-founding two prominent optoelectronics companies to commercialize these technologies, while his research group has recently achieved significant breakthroughs in high-performance InP-based PICs and high-speed, high-efficiency VCSELs. Dr. Coldren is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the National Academy of Inventors, and a Fellow of the IEEE, Optica (formerly OSA), and the NAI; his numerous honors include the John Tyndall Award, the Aron Kressel Award, the David Sarnoff Award, and the Nick Holonyak Jr. Award. He has authored or co-authored over a thousand journal and conference papers, published a classic textbook, and holds 63 issued patents.

He is a Fellow of Clare College, Cambridge, and an elected Fellow of both the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Institute of Physics. His research focuses on the optical and electronic properties of emerging semiconductors such as halide perovskites, carbon allotropes, and organic semiconductors. By developing advanced spectroscopic techniques, he investigates photophysical mechanisms in operating devices with high spatial and temporal resolution to control light absorption, emission, and charge carrier transport and recombination. His work spans four main areas: materials synthesis and characterization, spectroscopy, light-harvesting devices (solar cells, photodetectors), and light-emitting systems (LEDs, lasers, detectors), aiming to push device efficiencies toward their theoretical limits while delivering innovative solutions for photovoltaics, medical imaging detectors, and low-cost electronics. He is also a co-founder of Swift Solar, which develops high-performance perovskite photovoltaics, and Clarity Sensors, which specializes in detectors for medical imaging.
