SPIE A4 manuscript template
Use the supplied Word template when preparing your full paper.
Manuscript requirements
- Papers must be at least 4 pages long and written in English.
- Use A4 paper in a one-column format. Do not add headers, footers or page numbers.
- A4 margins: 2.54 cm top, 4.94 cm bottom, and 1.925 cm left and right.
- Use the template styles: 16 pt bold title, 12 pt authors and affiliations, 11 pt section headings, 10 pt body text, and 9 pt captions and footnotes.
- Keep the abstract to 200 words or fewer and provide up to 8 keywords.
- Submit original, unpublished work within the conference scope, with clear methods, models, data, experiments or engineering validation.
Submission process
Choose a research track
Review the call for papers and select the topic most relevant to your work.
Prepare and check the manuscript
Use the downloadable A4 template and verify the page count, author names, affiliations, figures, tables and references.
Submit through the conference system
Select OINET 2027 in the submission system and retain the confirmation for future correspondence.
Respond to peer review
Review decisions and revision requests will be communicated by the Secretariat. Follow the deadlines stated in the decision notice.
